To report a tech problem or make general tech inquiries, please contact our main office. Contacting an individual staff member may delay getting a reponse if that person is out of the office or working on special projects.

When our front desk is not staffed, ring the doorbell and other tech staff will respond. We place high priority on being available during our scheduled opening hours. This is the best way to contact us if immediate response is required during times we are scheduled to be open.
